
Working Together: A Workshop on HIV and Employment
Participation Agreement
As an interested participant of the HIV and Employment workshop, I hereby agree to the following conditions:
- Of eligible registrants, a maximum of 40 individuals will be able to attend. The selection process will be determined by firstly meeting the eligibility criteria to attend and then the date of registration.
- The discussion environment will be one of respectful, open information sharing. Language that is derisive, derogatory, defamatory or deemed inappropriate will not be permitted at any point during the workshop.
- The workshop sessions will be video recorded for release on a secured website. Individual identities will be visible on the recording but individuals may choose to make public other identifying information such as names.
- The video captured will be made available for viewing by people living with HIV and other eligible individuals on the website.
- The Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation reserves the right to edit the content of the videos captured.
- Further involvement with the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation or any of it's affiliated networks is not required based on participation in this workshop. Decisions to become involved will be left to the individual.
